In addition, we screen tenants, show your property, complete all necessary leases and paperwork, arrange move ins. We collect and disburse rents to owners in a very reasonable time frame. We handle all incoming tenant concerns and issues. We hire necessary contractors when things need fixing (with your approval of course). We will arrange check outs, final cleanings, repair of damages (if any) and arrange the return of Security Deposits.
The average Corporate Housing lease is usually 2-3 months…but the average extension is another 2-3 months. We constantly keep in touch with your tenants to see how they are doing and if there is a possibility of an extension. If so, we take care of that as well and keep you in the know.
